Hazrat Maseeh
Among the high profile messengers whose advent was expected by the Jews according to the prophecies in their scriptures, the Masseh was one. Hazrat Yahya (A) had already informed them that neither was he the Prophet Eliya (A) was himself ’that prophet’ for whom they were waiting. And neither was he the Promised Messiah. In fact he was the caller towards the mission of the Messiah and bringing the good news of his coming. The Qur’an also calls Hazrat Yahya (A) and Hazrat Zakariya as the brinser of the good news of the Messiah as appears in SuTah AN Baqarah (2:39). The Qur’an tells the story of the birth of Hazrat Esa (A) in these terms:

"(Remember that time) when the Angels said:
O Mariam, Allah gives you glad tidings of a word from Him, his name shall be Esa the son of Mariam, held in honour in this world and the Hereafter And of the company of those  nearest to Allah.  He shall speak to men in childhood and in maturity And he shall be (of the Company) of the righteous.

She said: "O My Lord, how shall 1 have a son when no man has touched me"?

He said: "Even so: Allah creates what he wills And when he has decreed a plan be only says to it:

"Be and it is!"
"And Allah will teach him the Book and wisdom The Law and the gospel."(3:45-7)

"[And O Muhammad (SM)] Remember Mariam in the Book when she with drew from her family to a place in the East.

She placed a screen to screen himself from them. Then we sent to her our Angel and he appeared before her
As a man in all aspects.

She said: "I seek refuge from you to Allah, Most Gracious (come not near) if you do fear Allah"
